Proposed Clubhouse Entrance

An architect's drawing of the new clubhouse entrance is in the section of this website, "Site and Floor Plans." The timber retaining wall, which is 40 years old, is scheduled to be replaced with block. We will be moving the wall back, creating a lawn in front of the wall, and adding stairs to go directly up to the clubhouse. The landscaping on the plan is only for the drawing and is not finalized.

We are in the processing of obtaining bids for this work, and funding will be from the Capital Reserve Account, with no increase in dues for this project.
